The work Tea Ceremony In Garden by Zheng Wuchang was worth HKD 1,062,500.00 (€ 119,639.08) to a buyer in October 2018. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings at Sothebys in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 250,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zheng Wuchang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes Inspired By Wu Wenying'S Poetry in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 16,375,000.00 (€ 1,871,638.28).

Die Arbeit Tea Ceremony In Garden von Zheng Wuchang war einem Käufer im Oktober 2018 HKD 1.062.500,00 (€ 119.639,08) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 250.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zheng Wuchang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes Inspired By Wu Wenying'S Poetry im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.375.000,00 (€ 1.871.638,28).
