The work Landscape Of Four Seasons by Zheng Wuchang was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 945,000.00 (€ 104,666.44), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zheng Wuchang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes Inspired By Wu Wenying'S Poetry in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 16,375,000.00 (€ 1,871,638.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 35 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape Of Four Seasons von Zheng Wuchang kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 945.000,00 (€ 104.666,44) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zheng Wuchang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes Inspired By Wu Wenying'S Poetry im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 16.375.000,00 (€ 1.871.638,28).
