Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2014 Sothebys in Beijing held the auction Chinese Art, which included the work Wilderness - No. 3 by Zhao Bo. Here, the upper estimate of CNY 100,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CNY 100,300.00 (€ 11,810.34). Admittedly, works by Zhao Bo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Frozen Planet No. 2 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 108,000.00 (€ 110,289.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2014 führte Sothebys in Beijing die Auktion Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Wilderness - No. 3 von Zhao Bo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von CNY 100.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für CNY 100.300,00 (€ 11.810,34) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhao Bo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Frozen Planet No. 2 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 110.289,13).
