Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Sothebys in Beijing held the auction Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art, which included the work Wilderness At Night No.2 by Zhao Bo. The price achieved of CNY 118,000.00 (€ 17,064.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhao Bo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Frozen Planet No. 2 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 108,000.00 (€ 110,289.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2015 führte Sothebys in Beijing die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Wilderness At Night No.2 von Zhao Bo zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 118.000,00 (€ 17.064,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhao Bo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Frozen Planet No. 2 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 110.289,13).
