It achieved a price of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 21,877.49), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. Admittedly, works by Zhao Bo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Frozen Planet No. 2 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 108,000.00 (€ 110,289.13).

Die Arbeit Lost In The Garden Of Eden (Astronaut No. 2) von Zhao Bo kam im Oktober 2014 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 21.877,49) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhao Bo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Frozen Planet No. 2 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 108.000,00 (€ 110.289,13).
