Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Yu Ji by Zhang Peng was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2008. The auction ended at the price of USD 10,000.00 (€ 7,101.77), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Other works by Zhang Peng have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2009 the work Gui Fei was auctioned for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,734.66).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Yu Ji von Zhang Peng kam im September 2008 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 7.101,77) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Zhang Peng konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2009 die Arbeit Gui Fei für GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.734,66) versteigert.
