Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2010 Phillips in London held the auction BRIC Theme Sale, which included the work Yi Fan No.1 by Zhang Peng. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 5,250.00 (€ 6,041.72) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Zhang Peng have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2009 the work Gui Fei was auctioned for GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,734.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2010 führte Phillips in London die Auktion BRIC Theme Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Yi Fan No.1 von Zhang Peng zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 5.250,00 (€ 6.041,72) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Zhang Peng konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2009 die Arbeit Gui Fei für GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.734,66) versteigert.
