This artwork by Zeng Keduan achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2015. In the Grace from Dafengtang Studio - Painting and Calligraphy by Chang Dai-chien and His School auction, the work Seven-Character Couplet In Running Script sold for HKD 47,200.00 (€ 5,514.22) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00.
