Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2020 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Saint Tropez, Vue De La Citadelle by Yvonne Canu. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,240.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yvonne Canu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Crépuscule sur Paris in February 2008 with an auction result of USD 118,600.00 (€ 78,093.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2020 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Saint Tropez, Vue De La Citadelle von Yvonne Canu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.240,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yvonne Canu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Crépuscule sur Paris im Februar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 118.600,00 (€ 78.093,11).
