This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 500,000.00 many times over. This high result makes Landscape with Pine Trees the most expensive artwork by Yun Xiang that we have observed at auctions so far.
