Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bamboo Shadows Among Blossoms by Peng Yu was sold in the Modern Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 16,180.90) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Other works by Peng Yu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2016 the work Alone At The Edge Of A Precipitous Cliff was auctioned for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 30,982.87).

Die Arbeit Bamboo Shadows Among Blossoms von Peng Yu wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Modern Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 16.180,90) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00.
