A top price for Peng Yu
In April 2016 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern Asian Art, which included the work Alone At The Edge Of A Precipitous Cliff by Peng Yu. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 275,000.00 (€ 30,982.87), 38% above the upper estimate. With this result, Alone At The Edge Of A Precipitous Cliff is even the most expensive work of art by Peng Yu that we have observed at auctions so far.
