In May 2008 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings, which included the work All Living Creatures by Peng Yu. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 162,500.00 (€ 13,378.05), 63% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peng Yu - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Alone At The Edge Of A Precipitous Cliff, which sold at auction in April 2016 for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 30,982.87).

Im Mai 2008 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit All Living Creatures von Peng Yu zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 162.500,00 (€ 13.378,05) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Peng Yu mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Alone At The Edge Of A Precipitous Cliff beobachtet, die im April 2016 für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 30.982,87) versteigert wurde.
