This work without title by Yohanan Simon was sold in the Israeli & International Art auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2018. It achieved a price of USD 32,500.00 (€ 28,369.41), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yohanan Simon - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work At The Kibbutz, which sold at auction in December 2012 for USD 128,500.00 (€ 97,451.84).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Yohanan Simon wurde im Dezember 2018 in der Auktion Israeli & International Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 28.369,41) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Für andere Arbeiten von Yohanan Simon mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit At The Kibbutz beobachtet, die im Dezember 2012 für USD 128.500,00 (€ 97.451,84) versteigert wurde.
