Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dwelling In Pine Mountains by Ying Yeping was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,285.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ying Yeping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wuyi Mountains in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 990,000.00 (€ 98,176.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dwelling In Pine Mountains von Ying Yeping wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.285,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ying Yeping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wuyi Mountains im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 990.000,00 (€ 98.176,78).
