Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pine Trees And Landscapes by Ying Yeping was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2019. The price achieved of HKD 41,300.00 (€ 4,720.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ying Yeping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wuyi Mountains in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 990,000.00 (€ 98,176.78).

Die Arbeit Pine Trees And Landscapes von Ying Yeping wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 41.300,00 (€ 4.720,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ying Yeping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wuyi Mountains im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 990.000,00 (€ 98.176,78).
