Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yao Nai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Letters im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 42.555,10).
