Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Poem In Xingshu by Yao Hua was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. It changed hands for a price of HKD 47,880.00 (€ 5,126.30) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yao Hua have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Chrysanthemums By The Stream in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 33,018.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Poem In Xingshu von Yao Hua kam im April 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 47.880,00 (€ 5.126,30) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yao Hua auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Chrysanthemums By The Stream im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 33.018,54).
