Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flowers in Blossom by Yao Hua was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. The price achieved of HKD 50,400.00 (€ 6,093.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yao Hua have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Chrysanthemums By The Stream in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 33,018.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flowers in Blossom von Yao Hua kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.400,00 (€ 6.093,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yao Hua auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Chrysanthemums By The Stream im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 33.018,54).
