Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy in Lishu by Yang Xian was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. The price achieved of HKD 151,200.00 (€ 18,281.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 200,000.00. Other works by Yang Xian have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2017 the work Twelve-Character Couplet In Clerical Script was auctioned for HKD 295,000.00 (€ 32,468.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy in Lishu von Yang Xian kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 151.200,00 (€ 18.281,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Yang Xian konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2017 die Arbeit Twelve-Character Couplet In Clerical Script für HKD 295.000,00 (€ 32.468,23) versteigert.
