The work Self-Portrait by Yang Shaobin was sold in the No Regrets: 20/21 Art Online: All Originals auction at Christies in Hong Kong in April last year. It achieved a price of HKD 50,400.00 (€ 6,093.73), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang Shaobin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fighting 98-13 in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 5,780,000.00 (€ 502,303.49).

Die Arbeit Self-Portrait von Yang Shaobin wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion No Regrets: 20/21 Art Online: All Originals bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 50.400,00 (€ 6.093,73) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang Shaobin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fighting 98-13 im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.780.000,00 (€ 502.303,49).
