Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Yang Shaobin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in May this year. In the REdiscovery Manfred Schoeni's Legacy auction, the work Police Series No. 36 & 56 (Two Works) sold for HKD 115,200.00 (€ 13,808.00) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang Shaobin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fighting 98-13 in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 5,780,000.00 (€ 502,303.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yang Shaobin erzielte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion REdiscovery Manfred Schoeni's Legacy wurde die Arbeit Police Series No. 36 & 56 (Two Works) für HKD 115.200,00 (€ 13.808,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang Shaobin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fighting 98-13 im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.780.000,00 (€ 502.303,49).
