In October 2017 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction The Schoeni Family Collection, which included the work Police Series No.49 & No.59（Two Pieces）(Painted In 1996) by Yang Shaobin. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 259,600.00 (€ 28,572.05), 30% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang Shaobin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fighting 98-13 in April 2011 with an auction result of HKD 5,780,000.00 (€ 502,303.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 30 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2017 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion The Schoeni Family Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Police Series No.49 & No.59（Two Pieces）(Painted In 1996) von Yang Shaobin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 259.600,00 (€ 28.572,05) und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang Shaobin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fighting 98-13 im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.780.000,00 (€ 502.303,49).
