The work Scenery on the Street by Yang San-Lang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2007. It achieved a price of HKD 216,000.00 (€ 20,567.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang San-Lang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunrise in May 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 251,381.85).

Die Arbeit Scenery on the Street von Yang San-Lang kam im Mai 2007 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 216.000,00 (€ 20.567,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang San-Lang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunrise im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 251.381,85).
