Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Northeast Coast, Taiwan by Yang San-Lang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2010. It changed hands for a price of HKD 560,000.00 (€ 55,329.86) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yang San-Lang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sunrise in May 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 251,381.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Northeast Coast, Taiwan von Yang San-Lang kam im November 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 560.000,00 (€ 55.329,86) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 400.000,00 – 600.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yang San-Lang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sunrise im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 251.381,85).
