Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2007 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Landscape by Yang San-Lang. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 120,000.00 (€ 11,426.45), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yang San-Lang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunrise in May 2007 with an auction result of HKD 2,640,000.00 (€ 251,381.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2007 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Yang San-Lang zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 120.000,00 (€ 11.426,45) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yang San-Lang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunrise im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.640.000,00 (€ 251.381,85).
