Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of HKD 35,400.00 (€ 4,313.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Xu Shiying have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Kaishu in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 25,082.61).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.400,00 (€ 4.313,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden.
