Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Four Seasons by Jiang Xu was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2016. The price achieved of HKD 306,800.00 (€ 36,104.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jiang Xu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Twelve Views of a Sunflower Field XII in November 2011 with an auction result of HKD 11,300,000.00 (€ 1,081,030.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Four Seasons von Jiang Xu kam im Oktober 2016 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 306.800,00 (€ 36.104,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jiang Xu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Twelve Views of a Sunflower Field XII im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 11.300.000,00 (€ 1.081.030,25).
