Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2017 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy I, which included the work Deep Mist by Xiao Xu. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 354,000.00 (€ 41,784.67), 18% above the upper estimate. Other works by Xiao Xu have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 495,600.00 (€ 62,731.68) in August last year for the work Invisibility.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2017 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy I durch, in der auch die Arbeit Deep Mist von Xiao Xu zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 354.000,00 (€ 41.784,67) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Xiao Xu haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 495.600,00 (€ 62.731,68) im August letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Invisibility beobachtet.
