Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Trees on hills, circa 1915 by Xavier Martinez was sold in the California and Western Art Online auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 2,550.00 (€ 2,253.05). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xavier Martinez achieve.
