The work Landscape by Wu Dacheng was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. It achieved a price of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 7,973.73), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wu Dacheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Zhuanshu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 5,360,000.00 (€ 619,458.88).

Die Arbeit Landscape von Wu Dacheng wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 7.973,73) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wu Dacheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Zhuanshu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.360.000,00 (€ 619.458,88).
