In the Made in Britain auction, the work The Kerry Watercolours (The Age Of Anxiety) sold for GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,770.29) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by William Tillyer have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blackbird in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 66,369.47).
