The work Large Bowl by William Marshall was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2018. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,138.56) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by William Marshall - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tall Vase With Brushed Motif, which sold at auction in March 2016 for GBP 2,125.00 (€ 2,683.02).
