Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Plundering The Watermelon Patch by William Holbrook Beard was sold in the American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2018. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 42,844.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00.
