This artwork by William Degouve de Nuncques achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2015. In the Modern Art auction, the work Landscape with trees sold for EUR 6,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Degouve de Nuncques achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Belgian Reve De Voyage in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 109,250.00 (€ 132,091.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 79 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von William Degouve de Nuncques erzielte im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Landscape with trees für EUR 6.250,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von William Degouve de Nuncques erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Belgian Reve De Voyage im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 109.250,00 (€ 132.091,46).
