The work What I Saw When I Arrived II by Wei Jia was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. The auction ended at the price of HKD 600,000.00 (€ 612,717.39), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 480,000.00 – 600,000.00. Other works by Wei Jia have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April this year the work Nowhere to Escape IV was auctioned for HKD 720,000.00 (€ 735,260.87).

Die Arbeit What I Saw When I Arrived II von Wei Jia kam im April diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 600.000,00 (€ 612.717,39) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 480.000,00 – 600.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Wei Jia konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April diesen Jahres die Arbeit Nowhere to Escape IV für HKD 720.000,00 (€ 735.260,87) versteigert.
