A top price for Wei Jia
The work Nowhere to Escape IV by Wei Jia was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. It achieved a price of HKD 720,000.00 (€ 735,260.87), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. This high result makes Nowhere to Escape IV the most expensive artwork by Wei Jia that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Nowhere to Escape IV von Wei Jia kam im April diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 720.000,00 (€ 735.260,87) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%.
