Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Wee Shoo Leong; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Roses/ Cage With Cups And Flowers sold at auction in October 2013 with the realized price of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 7,710.20).
