The work Three Jacks by Wang Ziwei was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 15,351.08), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54%. Admittedly, works by Wang Ziwei have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Great Wave: Greetings, Comrades in October 2007 with an auction result of HKD 943,500.00 (€ 84,124.62).

Die Arbeit Three Jacks von Wang Ziwei kam im Oktober 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 15.351,08) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wang Ziwei auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Great Wave: Greetings, Comrades im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 943.500,00 (€ 84.124,62).
