Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Terrazzo 2004.1.1 - 2004.2.5 by Wang Guangle was sold in the Contemporary Art Evening Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 4,000,000.00 – 6,000,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 4,410,000.00 (€ 472,159.60) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Wang Guangle have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2016 the work TERRAZZO NO. 12 was auctioned for HKD 4,860,000.00 (€ 592,223.48).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Terrazzo 2004.1.1 - 2004.2.5 von Wang Guangle wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Evening Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 4.000.000,00 – 6.000.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 4.410.000,00 (€ 472.159,60) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Wang Guangle konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2016 die Arbeit TERRAZZO NO. 12 für HKD 4.860.000,00 (€ 592.223,48) versteigert.
