Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CNY 780.000,00 (€ 97.718,12) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wang Guangle auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit TERRAZZO NO. 12 im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.860.000,00 (€ 592.223,48).
