This artwork by Walter Valentini achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in December 2014. In the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction, the work La storia della mia piazza sold for EUR 4,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Walter Valentini; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot La città del Sole sold at auction in December 2015 with the realized price of EUR 7,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Walter Valentini erzielte im Dezember 2014 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea wurde die Arbeit La storia della mia piazza für EUR 4.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Walter Valentini; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit La città del Sole im Dezember 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 7.000,00.
