The work Nascita by Walter Valentini was auctioned at Il Ponte in December 2017. It achieved a price of EUR 4,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Walter Valentini; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot La città del Sole sold at auction in December 2015 with the realized price of EUR 7,000.00.
