Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Vega (n) by Walter Valentini was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May this year. The price achieved of EUR 1,200.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Walter Valentini have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La città del Sole in December 2015 with an auction result of EUR 7,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Vega (n) von Walter Valentini wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.200,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Walter Valentini auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La città del Sole im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.000,00.
