Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cielo by Walter Valentini was auctioned at Il Ponte in May this year. It achieved a price of EUR 1,800.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Walter Valentini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La città del Sole, which sold at auction in December 2015 for EUR 7,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cielo von Walter Valentini kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 1.800,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Walter Valentini mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La città del Sole beobachtet, die im Dezember 2015 für EUR 7.000,00 versteigert wurde.
