Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Huset vid havet" by Waldemar Lorentzon was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. The price achieved of SEK 34,000.00 (€ 2,929.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Waldemar Lorentzon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Tennisspelare" / "The tennis players" in May 2021 with an auction result of SEK 3,050,000.00 (€ 301,148.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Huset vid havet" von Waldemar Lorentzon wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 34.000,00 (€ 2.929,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Waldemar Lorentzon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Tennisspelare" / "The tennis players" im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.050.000,00 (€ 301.148,11).
