Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Händelse vid havet" by Waldemar Lorentzon was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 65,000.00 (€ 5,708.65). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Waldemar Lorentzon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Tennisspelare" / "The tennis players" in May 2021 with an auction result of SEK 3,050,000.00 (€ 301,148.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Händelse vid havet" von Waldemar Lorentzon kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 65.000,00 (€ 5.708,65) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Waldemar Lorentzon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Tennisspelare" / "The tennis players" im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.050.000,00 (€ 301.148,11).
