Despite a disappointment, a good price for Viktor Rosdahl
When the work "Lost City Tomb" by Viktor Rosdahl was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2019, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 75,000.00 – 100,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 50,000.00 (€ 4,737.27). Despite this disappointing result, "Lost City Tomb" is the most expensive artwork by Viktor Rosdahl that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Viktor Rosdahl
Als die Arbeit "Lost City Tomb" von Viktor Rosdahl im November 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 75.000,00 – 100.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 50.000,00 (€ 4.737,27) den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Lost City Tomb" das teuerste Kunstwerk von Viktor Rosdahl, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
