Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2015 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art, which included the work Untitled (Roll Call) by Viktor IV. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Viktor IV have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2008 the work American Totem was auctioned for EUR 8,125.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2015 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Roll Call) von Viktor IV zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Viktor IV konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2008 die Arbeit American Totem für EUR 8.125,00 versteigert.
