Whitehead Collection auction, the work La route du village sold for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,506.82) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Victor Vignon have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Blick auf Auvers an der Oise in May 2017 with an auction result of EUR 51,600.00.
